  • Account identity and login data through Auth0 (email, user ID, authentication metadata).
  • Conversion job metadata and app settings in Firestore.
  • Uploaded files and generated outputs stored in Google Cloud Storage for processing and retrieval.
  • Billing and subscription records through Stripe (we do not store full card details).
  • Product usage analytics and product event telemetry (including PostHog).

2) How we use data

We use data to provide authentication, run conversions, operate billing, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability and performance of vktrLAB.

3) Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies/session storage for login and app functionality. We may also use analytics cookies/identifiers to understand usage patterns and product quality. You can block non-essential tracking via browser controls where applicable.

4) Data sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (e.g., Google Cloud, Auth0, Stripe, analytics providers) under contractual and operational safeguards.

6) CCPA/CPRA rights

California residents may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may exercise opt-out rights for sale/sharing where applicable. We do not sell personal information.

7) Model improvement and anonymized usage

We may use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns to improve product quality and model behavior. We do not intentionally use raw personal identifiers for model training. Additional controls and opt-out handling may evolve as part of our model-improvement policy work.
